iCAN Seeking Candidates for Associate Specialist

ATLANTA, Georgia - The International Children's Advisory Network, Inc. About the iCAN Associate Specialist Role:

As part of the iCAN team, our collective vision centers on creating a welcoming and supportive resource for youth members, chapter leaders, pharmaceutical, and other pediatric medical stakeholders that is focused on continually strengthening and building the foundation. Our goal is to seek optimal long-term community and sponsoring partnership value by developing strategies and programs that increase our local and international collaboration, engagement, financial revenue, and fundraising capacity.


The position reports to the iCAN Director and the candidate must be able to work with the iCAN Board of Directors (BOD), along with the iCAN Advisory Board (AB), sponsoring and community partners.


The individual in this position will be responsible for supporting the Director and Board of Directors in administrative tasks, project-based initiatives (emphasis on videos, and video editing, coordination, and distribution), website maintenance using WIX, fundraising, and cross-collaboration with many community and sponsoring partners. This position requires an experienced professional with strong communication skills (both written and verbal), strong organizational skills, data analysis and reporting, and collaborative/team-focused skills. Flexibility, creativity, and multitasking are essential. This position will be remote, primarily supporting directors in the Ann Arbor, MI and in the Atlanta, GA areas, with the responsibility of the employee to create a safe, professional and wi-fi accessible work-from-home environment. Minimal, reimbursable travel will be required. Flex time is available. The ideal candidate will be long-term, self-driven, responsive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn about non-profit and potential sponsoring partnerships.
