Kirsten brings a wealth of expertise as a mom and an industry expert within medical care.
Kirsten is not new to iCAN having attended a few international summits through her work within clinical research. She had the great pleasure of serving on an industry panel at the summit in Barcelona and more recently, co-chairing workshops with both the youth and parents in Edinburgh. She currently serves on iCAN’s External Advisory Board and is thrilled to lead the Parent Council.

While Kirsten was introduced to clinical trials through her work in the industry of 20 years, along the way her passion to advance treatment for children became more personal. As a mom of two children she gained additional perspective and as a mom of a child with a chronic disease, this perspective deepened.
Kirsten feels uniquely fortunate to have opportunity to positively impact children’s health through her role at PRA Health Sciences in the Center for Pediatric Clinical Development and through her role as an advocate for her children and children around the world.
