Welcome to iCAN KIDS Kansas City!
KIDS Kansas City is pleased to have been part of iCAN Research since the inception. The Kids and Families Impacting Disease through Science, or KIDS initiative, is an advisory group of teens and families focused on understanding, communicating, and improving the process of medical innovation and research experiences for children. KIDS Kansas City is a member of the International Children’s Advisory Network and is based out of Children’s Mercy Hospitals and Clinics in Kansas City, MO. Many of the KIDS Kansas City alumni have gone on to further impact pediatric health care through college study programs and have stayed uniquely connected to the chapter. KIDS Kansas City is a leader in sharing the expert youth voice with positive impacts made both locally and nationally.

In 2019, KIDS Kansas City hosted the 5th Annual iCAN Research & Advocacy Summit, in Kansas City, MO, USA. The amazing line-up included speakers and presenters from around the world.
